قوانین MC

مهم ترین قوانین در تمام گروه های موتور سواری جهان که مشترک است عبارتند از:
قوانین درجه یک )که برا اساس رای تک تک اعضا میباشد( ولی برخی قوانین با رای اکثریت اعضا میباشد که درجه اهمیتآن کمتر است با دو نفر مخالف و برخی حتی درجه ۳ که با یک نفر مخالف تصمیم ¬گیری می¬ شود.

فصل اول: وفاداری و تعهد
1. برادری یعنی همه‌چیز.
وقتی پچ ما رو می‌پوشی، قسم خوردی که پشت برادرت باشی – در راندن، جنگیدن، خندیدن و حتی مردن.
2. باشگاه قبل از همه‌چیز.
زن، کار، خانواده، عشق – همه مهمن. اما وقتی موتور به راه افتاد و پرچم بالا رفت، هیچ‌چیز بالاتر از برادری نیست.
3. ترک گروه = از دست دادن برادری و رفاقت با ما .
4. یک پچ برای اولین بار و آخرین بار به شما داده میشود که ان را روی جلیقه جین یا چرم خودبدوزید و همین نماد شناسایی تو و سمبل وفاداری تو هست در حفظ و نگهداری آن کوشا باش.
5. بهتره که اگه جلیقه ات سوراخ میشه برای گلوله یا خوردن زمین از رو موتور بوده باشه تا برای دوختن یک پچ دیگه . این کار در کلابهای سنتی به منزله ی خیانت محسوب می شه و حتی مجازات های سختی را در پیش دارد.
اگر تصمیم گرفتی بروید باید پچت رو برگردانید. نه پچت رو می‌فروشی، نه نگه می‌داری، نه قاب می‌کنی. اگه بروید، از حافظه‌ی ما پاک می‌شوید.
گاهی فرد کاری انجام داده و اضر هم به برگرداندن پچ نیست (زیرا کلاب و در واقع خانواده ای که به آن تعلق دارد را دوست دارد ) ولی کاری که انجام داده قابل ببخش و جبران و برگشت نیست و در در این حالت سارژنت یا گروهبان پج را به زور از دست فرد می¬گیرند. و فرد دیگر عضو گروه نیست . در کلابهای سنتی مجازات های بد تری برای آن در نظر گرفته شده بود.

فصل دوم: پچ و پوشش
4. پچ فقط برای اعضای رسمی است. حق رای در سر میز . یک رای .
کسی که Prospect یا Hang around باشه، حق نداره پچ سه‌تکه‌ی سنتی رو بپوشد.
5. هر کسی به پچ ما بی‌احترامی کنه، جواب پس می‌دهد.
این پچ شرف ماست، نماد خون و عرق ماست. شوخی ندارد.
6. رنگ و استایل لباس اعضا باید یک‌دست باشد.
ژاکت چرم، پچ کامل، موتورسیکلت مناسب. ظاهر مهمه چون معرف ماست.

فصل سوم: موتورسیکلت
7. «در قوانین بین المللی فقط موتور با حجم بالای ۷۵۰cc پذیرفته‌ست. ترجیحاً آمریکایی (Harley، Indian). » ( استایل کروزر و چاپر ) دارای مدارک بمالکیت مربوط به فرد باشد
8. موتور باید تمیز، قوی و آماده باشد – چون هر وقت ممکن است برونیم.
9. موتور خاموش = برادر خوابیده. همیشه مراقب موتورت باش. وقتی موتور افت کنه، یعنی تو افت کردی.

فصل چهارم: احترام، سلسله‌مراتب،
1. پرزیدنت ( یا لیدر یا رهبر ) گروه کسی که دارای قدمت طولانی تر نسبت به بقیه اعضا یا جزو بنیانگذاران است ودارای تجربه بیشتر و همچنین وفاداری او طی سالهای سال ثابت شده است و به اتفاق آرا همه حرف او را قبول دارند، حرف آخر را می‌زند. بحث می‌کنیم، مخالفت می‌کنیم، اما وقتی رأی‌گیری شد یا تصمیم پرزیدنت اومد، تمومه.
2. هرگونه تصمیم گیری فردی و تکی عضو به صورت انفرادی و یا اجرای آن برا کل گروه ممنوع است.
3. درگیری داخل کلاب ممنوعه. مشکل داری؟ با سارژنت ،یا معادل اون یا VP معاون درمیون بذار. دعوا فقط با دشمنه، نه با برادرت.
4. با خانواده‌ی برادر، مثل خانواده‌ی خودت رفتار کن. بی‌احترامی به زن یا بچه‌ی هر عضو = اخراج فوری.
5. به هیچ وجه به هم گروهی خود دروغ نگویید.
6. به گروهت و افرادت خیانت نکنید. و به دوست دختر و زن هم گروهی خود چشم نداشته باشید.
7. هرگونه نظرات و تصمیماتی که سر میز در گروه گرفته می شود یا حتی فقط نظر سنجی یا هرگونه صحبت گروه بین اعضا فقط انتقال آن برای افراد داخل گروه مجاز هست و انتقال آن توسط اعضا به بیرون از گروه و به سایر گروه ها و افراد دیگر طبق اصل اولیه وفاداری به گروه و رازداری تا 6 ماه فرد خاطی تعلیق و بار دوم بدون رأی گیری مستقیما اخراج خواهد شد. در کلابهای سنتی حتی معادل از دست دادن جان فرد خواهد بود . (ملاقات با عزراییل)
ورود عضو جدید:

در کلابهای سنتی مردها به قبیله تعلق دارند (کلاب ، دار و دسته ها ) و زنان هم به مردها تعلق دارند. در صورت وجود موتورسواران فن که ساپورتیو بودن آنها به گروه ثابت شده است، هر گونه فریی بایکر Free Biker با در نظر گرفتن جنسیت و رنگ و نژاد در صورت اطلاع و کسب اجازه میتواند برای راید یا عضویت به ما بپیوندد. عضویت زنان و سیاه پوستان و حتی رنگین پوستان دیگر در بسیاری از کلابهای سنتی و قدیمی ممنوع است.
8. هر فردی که بخواهد عضو گروه شود بین شش ماه تا یکسال بسته به شخصیت فرد و تشخیص اعضا حتی بیشتر به عنوان عضو موقت (پراسپکت) و یا بدون راکر جلو و عقب در کنار گروه ” هنگ راند “می باشد.
9. بعد از سوگند وفاداری (من سوگند یاد می¬کنم که تا آخرین لحظه¬، شانه به شانه برادرانم بایستم. من عضوگروه هستم با افتخار، با شجاعت، باآزادی.) دادن پچ کل آن – که به معنای مشارکت در رأی گیری است – با موافقت و رأی گیری بیشتر اعضای گروه به ایشان بلامانع است.


نوماد : Nomad
در مواردی که فرد قادر به ادامه مسیر با چارتر خود نیست و و یا خود فرد خواست که برود می تواند جغرافیای حضور خود را بین چارتر¬های دیگر همان کلاب تغییر بدهد و به جای تریتوری و جغرافیای نام شهر در راکر پایین به اون نومد می گویند . نومد ها خانواده ی نزدیک کلابی خود را با این کار از دست خواهند داد ولی همچنان عضوی از آن کلاب باقی خواهند ماند .
10. اخراج:
در مواردی ممکن است کل اعضا گروه تشخیص دهند که یک نفر به دلایل مختلف اخراج گردد. پس از جلسه و بحث راجع به فرد و تایید %100 همه اعضا این فرد اخراج و پچ اخذ می گردد. اگر فردی از طرف گروه اخراج شد تمامی پچ های خود را باید تحویل گروه دهد. اگر فرد تتوی مربوط به گروه را دارد باید تتو نیز از بین برود. ( زیرا ممکن است با نماد و پچ گروه اقدام به کار غیر قانونی کند و تمام گروه و چارترهای آن را در گیر و دچار دردسر کند.

موارد اخراج شامل :
• آشکار شدن عدم وفاداری به اعضا و کلاب (که همان پچ یا رنگ است.) به دلیل نقض اولین و بنیادین¬ترین قانون جهانی تمامی گروه¬ها و شبه گروه¬های موتور¬سواری یعنی عدم وفاداری به گروه و پچ فرد اخراج می¬گردد و این حتی عواقب بدتری را در mc های سنتی به همراه دارد.
• آشکار شدن عضویت شخص در گروه¬های دیگر یا ثابت شدن عدم وفاداری و برادری فرد به گروه .
• آشکار شدن فعالیتهای غیرعلنی، حاشیه سازی، یارکشی یا لابی¬گری با سایرگروه¬ها و افراد¬، همکاری با پلیس بر ضرر گروه بدون در جریان گرفتن دست کم معاون گروه که نشانه قاطعی از تک روی عضو و عدم رعایت اصل اول که وفاداری به گروه است. به دلیل نقض اولین و بنیادین ترین قانون جهانی تمامی گروه ها و شبه گروه های موتور سواری اخراج.
• قوانین درجه دوم
11. در حین راید یا مسیر اگر پلیس نگه داشت فقط یک نفر صحبت میکند. (ساژنت)
12. قبل از راید چه رسمی چه غیر رسمی از سلامت موتور خود اطمینان حاصل کنید و رأس ساعت در محل قرار حاظر باشیم
13. گاهی پیش میاد که به هر دلیل موتور خود را بفروشیم تا یک بازه زمانی کوتاه(بسته به گلاب و چارتر خود) فرصت دارید که موتور بخرید و دراین مدت حق عضویت ماهانه پرداخت می¬گردد.
14. جلسات
با حضور تمامی اعضا میباشد و در صورت غیبت با هماهنگی و موّجه میتوان غیبت داشت.
15. حق عضویت
طبق توافق مؤسس های گروه ماهانه برای هر فرد )چه رسمی و چه غیر رسمی( یک مبلغی تعیین می شود که به مصارف خود گروه می رسد.

فصل پنجم: دشمن، جنگ و افتخار
16. با کلاب‌های رقیب وارد تعامل نشو، مگر با اجازه‌ی هیئت رهبری و در جریان بودن اعضا .
بازی با آتش، فقط اگه بدونی چطوری بسوزونی.
17. خون برادری‌مون از همه پررنگ‌تره.
اگه دشمن دست روی برادرت گذاشت، ما دست‌جمعی پاسخ می‌دیم.
18. هیچ‌کس ما رو تحقیر نمی‌کنه. زنده یا مرده.

فصل ششم: جشن، رفاقت و زندگی آزاد
19. هر ماه یک Ride رسمی داریم – حضور اجباریه. فقط مریضی، مرگ یا مأموریت یا مسافرت ( با تایید نظر پرزیدنت) می‌تونه غیبت رو توجیه کنه.
20. به رفیق‌هات کمک کن. مشکل مالی، حقوقی، فنی یا شخصی – ما تنهاییم وقتی جدا از هم باشیم.
21. زندگی برای سوزوندنه، نه سرفه‌کردن پشت پنجره. موتورت رو روشن کن، سیگار بکش، بخند، زندگی کن – اما همیشه با شرافت و وفاداری .

MC Rules

The most important rules that are common to all motorcycle groups in the world are:

Chapter One: Loyalty and Commitment
1. Brotherhood means everything.
When you wear our patch, you swear to be behind your brother – in riding, fighting, laughing and even dying.
2. The club comes first.
Wife, work, family, love – all are important. But when the engine starts and the flag is raised, nothing is more important than brotherhood.
3. Leaving the group = losing our brotherhood and friendship.
4. A patch is given to you for the first and last time to sew on your denim or leather vest, and this is your identification symbol and a symbol of your loyalty. Be diligent in maintaining it.
5. It is better if your vest It could be a bullet hole or a hole in the engine to sew on another patch. This is considered treason in traditional clubs and even carries severe penalties.
If you decide to leave, you must return your patch. You do not sell it, keep it, or frame it. If you leave, you will be erased from our memory.

Chapter Two: Patches and Covering

Chapter Three: Motorcycles
7. “In international law, only motorcycles with a volume of more than 750cc are accepted. Preferably American (Harley, Indian). ” (Cruiser and Chopper style) must have ownership documents related to the individual
8. The motorcycle must be clean, strong and ready – because we can go out whenever possible.
9. The engine is off = sleeping brother. Always take care of your motorcycle. When the engine fails, it means you have failed.

Chapter Four: Respect, Hierarchy,
1. President (or leader or leader) of the group The person who has been in the group longer than the other members or is one of the founders and has more experience and His loyalty has been proven over the years and everyone unanimously accepts his word, he has the final say. We argue, we disagree, but when the vote is taken or the president’s decision comes, it’s over.
2. Any individual and individual decision by a member individually or its implementation for the entire group is prohibited.

4. Treat your brother’s family like your own family. Disrespect for the wife or children of any member = immediate expulsion.
5. Do not lie to your groupmates in any way.
6. Do not betray your group and your people. And do not look at your groupmate’s girlfriend or wife.
7. Any opinions and decisions made at the table in the group or even just a poll or any group talk between members are only allowed to be transferred to people inside the group and transferred by members outside the group and to others. Groups and other individuals, according to the basic principle of loyalty to the group and secrecy, the offender will be suspended for up to 6 months and the second time without a vote will be directly expelled. In traditional clubs, it will even be equivalent to losing one’s life. (Meeting with Azrael)
• New member entry:
In traditional clubs, men belong to the tribe (club, gang, and gangs) and women belong to men. If there are fan bikers who have proven to be supportive of the group, any Free Biker, regardless of gender, color, and race, can join us for a ride or membership if informed and given permission. Membership of women, blacks, and even other people of color is prohibited in many traditional and old clubs.
8. Anyone who wants to become a member of the group will be a temporary member (prospect) for six months to a year, depending on the personality of the individual and the recognition of the members, or even longer, as a temporary member (prospect) or without a rocker in front and back with the group “Hang Round”.
9. After the oath of loyalty (I I swear that I will stand shoulder to shoulder with my brothers until the last moment. I am a member of the group with honor, courage, and freedom.) 10. Nomad:

11. Expulsion:
In cases, all members of the group may determine that a person should be expelled for various reasons. After a meeting and discussion about the person and 100% approval of all members, this person is expelled and the patch is taken. If a person is expelled by the group, he must hand over all his patches to the group. If the person has a tattoo related to the group, the tattoo must also be removed.
Because he may do illegal work with the group’s symbol and patch and get the whole group and its charters into trouble.

• Cases of expulsion include:
• Revealing disloyalty to members and the club (which is the patch or color.) • Revealing a person’s membership in other groups or proving a person’s lack of loyalty and brotherhood to the group.

• Second-degree rules
12. During the ride or route, if the police stop, only one person will speak. (Sergeant)
13. Before the ride, whether official or unofficial, make sure that your motorcycle is in good condition and be at the meeting place on time

15. Meetings
are attended by all members and in case of absence, you can be absent with coordination and justification.
16. Membership Fee
According to the agreement of the founders of the group, a monthly amount is set for each person (whether official or unofficial) that goes to the group’s own expenses.

Chapter Five: Enemy, War and Honor
17. Do not interact with rival clubs, except with the permission of the leadership board and with the members’ knowledge.
Play with fire, only if you know how to burn.
18. Our brotherhood is the most blood-stained.
If the enemy lays hands on your brother, we will respond collectively.
19. No one despises us. Alive or dead.

Chapter Six: Celebration, Friendship and Free Living
20. We have an official Ride every month – attendance is mandatory. Only illness, death or mission or travel (with the approval of the president) can justify absence.
21. Help your comrades. Financial, legal, technical or personal problems – we are alone When we are apart.
22. Life is for burning, not coughing out the window. Start your engine, smoke, laugh, live – but always with honor and loyalty.
